“The Mask of Justice” – Congo

Mask of man or a woman, worn at coming-of-age ceremonies. The eyes are closed, and on either side of the forehead are groups of small triangles that symbolize justice and fair trial. The nose is also covered by small triangles, above which is an oval, representing justice.
