Global Art – Gallery for Global and Israeli Art (“the Gallery”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to globalart.co.il (“the Site”) and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. By browsing the Site, purchasing artwork through it, and/or submitting your details in any form on it, you agree to this policy.

  • Information you provide directly — for example through the contact form, a newsletter sign-up, creating a user account, or placing an order to purchase artwork: full name, phone number, email address, delivery address (for orders), and the details of your inquiry or order.
  • Order-related information — the products purchased, order history, and correspondence to arrange delivery or pickup and payment (payment itself is coordinated directly with the Gallery — by phone, cash, or in-person pickup — and is not processed automatically through an online card-payment gateway).
  • Technical information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited on the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and deliver targeted advertising (see section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

  • Processing purchase orders, arranging payment, delivery, or pickup.
  • Responding to inquiries about artworks, exhibitions, and gallery visits.
  • Managing your user account on the Site (if one is created).

The Gallery reserves the right to update this policy from time to time, at its discretion and in accordance with changes to its services or legal requirements. The version published on the Site at the time of your visit is the binding version.
