Self-collection from the store

Your order will be ready to be picked up from the gallery within 24 hours.

Select “Pick-up” when booking.

Home delivery

When you buy over 4000 NIS – the shipment is free.

Jerusalem-Tel Aviv-Haifa- Beer-Sheva – delivery cost 50 NIS

The northern region (from Haifa to Kiryat Shmona and Ramat-Hagolan) – the cost of shipping 100 NIS

Southern Region (from Beer Sheva to Eilat ) – Cost of shipping 150 NIS

Items returned to the sender (Tribal Art & Culture Gallery) for any reason (refuse to accept, wrong address, etc.) will be charged at the price of the delivery.

In the event that the Company carries out operations with regard to shipments, it may terminate the operations at any time without notice.

Home delivery

Up to 14 days supply.

After receiving and approving the order, the package will be sent to you within 7 business days in large cities and within 8 business days in the rest of the settlements from the date of placing the order at the site, through Shiloah UPS. It is not possible to make deliveries on Fridays and holiday eves. * Please note: In order to streamline the shipment to you, when shopping on the site, it is recommended to choose a shipment to the address you are most of your day – at work, at home or at any other address of your choice.

Order Tracking

After the purchase, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours from the end of the purchase transaction.

Shipping abroad

Shipping prices outside of Israel will be determined according to the criteria of the UPS shipping company.
